Graziano Cecchini, the man who turned the Trevi Fountain blood-red last October, as balls, lots of them, which he dropped down the famed Spanish Steps in Rome.
Cecchini also says that each of the balls "represented a lie told by a politician." He should have added, "within the last hour," since there were only 500,000 of them.
