Let's Give Troops with Guns LSD! Vintage Video

I'd like to know what genius thought this was a good idea.
Apparently the "man" wasn't too worried about giving troops a BAZOOKA to play with. Oh, and what's this? One of the soldiers needs to climb a tree to feed the birds? Can't imagine why this LSD thing would hit mainstream. It seems SO conducive to coordinated military attacks!... <--extreme sarcasm.
