Half Moon Manicure? Yes Please!

I've never even heard of the Half Moon Manicure (or Reverse French Manicure). But it's Soooo pretty! And apparently it's all kinds of trendy. Even Burlesque Queen Dita Von Tesse is snazzing it up!
