Harbor Diner Naha in Okinawa - Takes it to the Trees!

The Naha Harbor Diner in Okinawa, Japan, in the shape of a life-sized a banyan tree (in the Bayan Tree Shopping Center!), serves only "arm-fresh vegetables, juicy chickens and pork and native salts." With the staircase & elevator in the back, up the trunk, it's a beautiful urban reminder for sustainability!
