Amazon's Frustration Free Packaging!

OMG.. it is about time!
Yah know... not that I work on really complicated packaging or have problems opening those G*damn clamshells... Um
...But let's say if I did...
Introducing:

Amazon introduces Frustration-Free Packaging:
The Frustration-Free Package (on the left) is recyclable and comes without excess packaging materials such as hard plastic clamshell casings, plastic bindings, and wire ties. It's designed to be opened without the use of a box cutter or knife and will protect your product just as well as traditional packaging (on the right). Products with Frustration-Free Packaging can frequently be shipped in their own boxes, without an additional shipping box.

Tho, honestly.. I miss the Acid trip I get when I look at this Package design. What's going to happen with that? What will happen to the designers? Or the kids in the supermarket clamoring to get the best toy? Or the commercials for the "CRAZZZZY PIRATE SHIP!!!"
