Sometimes things change, but sometimes the creepy factor stays the same, as evident by Charles' Twin Peaks pics. He's got a real knack for finding Twin Peak locations and capturing them 2 decades later!
The top image is a still from the show, the bottom is Charles' take. Pretty eerily similar!
