Ecofest Where's Waldo Fun!

I just found this online!
It's at the Baltimore Ecofest
The photo "shoot" was called Black + White = Green (mostly green)

"A photo shoot on Saturday, May 5th 2007 at 2pm,
during Baltimore Green Week's EcoFestival in Druid Hill Park, will dramatically
illustrate the need for all people of Baltimore to work together for a cleaner
environment. Two masses, one decked in black, the other in white, will converge
into one vibrant burst of green as cameras positioned high above the scene
record our progress. "

I think that small blimp is me....
Who ever it is, they've got a huge bag and a big leather belt, So I'm pretty sure that's me!
